personally I think sven is the best recent manager of england probably in the last decade.

he did well at man city, his results came before the money rolled in.

I know he is only here for the (Thai) money, (anyone else worried the mystery investor might be Thaksin??). But in my opinion its a good appointment considering the position we are in. Good man manager and good club level manager (as well as the best England manager for a number of years when he was appointed) who will attract some decent named players by his reputation alone. An ambitious appointment for the club IMO.

Of course it's an argument, one where i'm saying we shouldn't be wasting more TIME and money on the unknown and look to some like Curbishley or Mowbray. Especially as Mowbray got West Brom promoted whilst playing attractive football.
