I work for a large company in Coventry and one of our directors who apparently has alot to do with the Covenrty City board was telling some of the lads that Cov turned down 500k from us for Westwood during the transfer window. Coventry rejected this bid in the hope we would up our offer to 1m. Would've been a good buy at that price.

My boss was at Cheltenham races yesterday...and the Portsmouth,Derby and Bristol City teams were there,he got speaking to some of the players from each side notably David Nugent who said that without giving to much away he could be well signing for the foxes this summer after a deal to sign him in January broke down.

That, to me, shows just how far Sven is looking to go. Eighteen or not, to try and compete with top-four clubs for a youngster is pretty impressive...
