I can name a number of clubs who would be well ahead of us, think Newcastle, Fulham etc. Heck, I think even the likes of Man U, Liverpool and Chelsea might even be interested....

It's a different manager and different ownership, so I can easily see them cutting their losses on Waghorn. I'd happily see him sold for that kind of money, I just can't see him ever becoming more than a John Stead-esque Championship journeyman.
