Leeds striker Richard Cresswell is set to join Leicester. (Daily Mirror)

Martin Allen will make Izale McLeod his first signing when he officially takes over at Leicester on Friday. The striker will join for 1.5 million and will be unveiled next week. Also Arjan de Zeeuw, Bruno N'Gotty and Lee Hendrie will join.

Cresswell would be a damn good signing, excellent striker at this level, much better than taking a punt on an unproven like McLeod.

Sounds more like a Billy Davies type of signing though

I think Leeds have had a similar effect on their players over the last couple of years as Leicester have. Good===========>Bad.

cresswel has lost whatever he had-would not be pleased

Don't agree DD, he was superb at PNE but suffered a few injury problems since signing for Leeds, only recently got back to full fitness, will be a very good signing for us at this level.
