I disagreed with my assessment. I told the nurse (not even a proper doctor) he had never seen me in a bikini, and that BMI was a load of rubbish.

Have to say, he was very professional. Thankfully. It was only after I'd suffered the ordeal, I realised he could have come back with "no, but if you're offering..." or some such.
