Yes the F A Cup started last weekend with the headlines being taken by Wembley FC who have some ex Cup stars from the past and Terry "show me the money" Venables giving his managerial experience and their Cup-Tie with Langford FC being shown "live" on Facebook and their exploits being featured on the ESPN program linked here .

The presence of Terry Venables as manager and with Budweiser signings such as Ray Parlour, Martin Keown, Graeme Le Saux, Claudio Caniggia and Brian McBride resulted in this being the first ever tie to be broadcast live at this stage of the tournament.

Wembley won 3-2

Yeah, but that's easy for you to say.

I appreciate that you took your time to edit your post. Otherwise this could have been a candidate for the NewtonFox Trophy

This was my mobile freezing and every time I tried to edit it the flaming thing froze. Well that's my excuse.

Back to the F A Cup I see that both Hinckley and Barwell have got through to the next round. Barwell had the greater attendance I notice just over 300 whereas only 239 at Hinckley.

Hinckley drew 2-2 with Ossett after being 2-0 down. And they will be in the draw for the next round. As will Barwell who got a draw as well and face a replay with Workington.

Some interesting Ties. MK Dons could end up playing the real Wimbledon

Micky Adams goes back to his former side and his boyhood team Sheffield United, while the longest away journey in round two will be made by Bournemouth, who travel to League One rivals Carlisle.

So which team does everyone want for our F A Cup Tie in January or will you prefer a Premier League side?

They should play it at Selhurst Park, for old times sake.
