What in that article tells you we are '****ed'? Rodgers says that the owners will not spend beyond their means to maintain the stability of the club. He also says we may do some business this window but if not then our focus will be challenging for Europe with the squad we have.

I think the aim of the owners is to keep us viable financially. They can only do this if they are sensible with resources. That's what they are doing this window.
