Jesus how much do they want him for? We can sell Barnes instead. Ndidi possibly too. Timmy as well. Already 6 or 7 big wage earners gone, plus parachute cash, then we don't need the Maddison money. Keep him. Tear up the Championship.
I ****ing hope we dig deep. But if we do that, we need to insist we keep him and not crumble last minute leaving us without options.

with due respect you’ve been a million miles from the reality of our situation for a while.
Barnes, Maddison. Castagne, Praet, Ndidi at an absolute minimum are leaving this window. Probably a few more.

At a bare minimum. Honestly I hope it’s more. We have to dump Ward and Vestergaard somehow.
The only position I’m remotely confident we will have some options is up front.

I'm not sure you and I are a million Miles Away. We're pretty much on the same page, however where I think we differ is my belief that we won't be fingered up the arse from every direction and forced to sell players way way undervalue.
We will try to get deals done, after all nobody wants players who don't want to be here, but I just don't see us panicking and accepting a pittance for our assets. I believe that we will sell some players, but only if it somewhat makes sense to us.
The top 7 on the list were known to leave anyway. Madders, Castagne and Barnes I believe is realistic to leave. And yes perhaps Ndidi and Praet. I'm not against the last two going to be honest.
After the top 7 out of contract, plus maybe Evans, I see us probably losing 3 or 4 of the 5 players I've mentioned above. This is not considering who we actually want to leave - maybe management actually want to get rid of them all! I just don't believe that this is the best route back to the promise land.

I’ve heard that he only comes out at night, a lean and hungry type.
Watch out here he comes, he’s a Mueanta.
He spent time training with us last summer, and again in the winter. I expect he'll be loaned out, maybe to OHL.
