Looks bored to ****ing death. What a pile of bollocks. I think any award that ends “of the month” is a load of shit, to be honest.
Yes and it's not primarily the ridiculously small time period that's the issue, it's merging of the calendar year with the football season, two completely separate time series. Hence any references to the calendar year or consecutive streaks that spill over from one season to another are equally bollocks IMO.

I like it when commentators point out how many decades since [new Premier League team] lost at Chelsea or Manchester United, teams they haven’t played since the 60s, as if it actually means something.

I would agree if I didn't have fond memories of Sweden's recent near half-century long unbeaten run against England

A couple of nights ago I was watching a bunch of clips from the great escape season, he was pretty good at times but he has improved a lot since then.

Leicester said they considered Vardy to be two goals, rather than one, short of a century for the club before the game because they do not consider the 2016 Community Shield, in which Vardy scored against Manchester United, as a competitive match.
