I think it'd be a flat rate to the promoter. Everything else would be subbed out so i don't think it would make a difference.

Sorry I was taking the piss as I thought you knew. :roll: ;-)

As an option, the club can choose to charge a fixed fee to a promoter for its revenue & leave the risk & PR to promoter. Maybe this would be the better option until the venue is an established concert venue, before the club tries to promote a concert itself again
