i think its because the threads are boring and hope they'll fall off the page quickly
I can't just change the settings for one thread, the system won't let me.
And even if it was possible people wouldn't see it anyway, when you click on a thread it takes you to the last post, not the first one.

Howmany wins until we're guaranteed the title? Can we have another thread for that? Call it "The even more magic number" or something.
And how many points until we break the record points total? Or is that not possibly anymore? Still needs a thread whether we can achieve it or not (to tell us how close we can get to it!)
