So in short, things are only worth talking about when they are shit?

That's a bleak worldview.
More like, things are only worth talking about when they need correcting. If you expect promotion, then there is not much to say when things are going according to plan, more than "yay!!11" and "keep doing what you're doing". When it's not, there's plenty to say.

The math is simples, if those 13 defeats were victories we'd be top. The fact that Pea Son doesn't realise that losing games isn't good is going to result in failure.
 
I suppose it doesn't really help if you lose too many games does it.

Perhaps the players will come back refreshed from their break and win a couple of games.
