You seemed to be implying it was as a publicity stunt. I apologise for the mis-quote if not. City fan was wishing her dead, I believe he even wanted her to go down with HIV aswell.

My heart goes out to her and her family. Having lived with cancer, its effects and what it does to people and families as well as the chemical side effects for nigh on 2 years now, it is not something I would wish on anyone.
That feeling you get when first told that you or a loved one has only months to live is one I will never forget for the rest of my life. My Mrs spent some time with JG on New Years Eve as they were both undergoing treatment at the same time and they shared a very intense conversation, which I think helped them both.
Perhaps next time you wish someone dead, you should be careful what you wish for.

Precisely why the way Jade is behaving has left such a bad taste in my mouth.
Milking your deteriorating bad health to extract every penny offered doesn't sit comfortably with me. I know that she's saying that she's doing it for her sons, but they're not going to be orphaned - they still have a dad who's earning, and she's hardly destitute.
As for this latest revelation, that she's going to get married so she can earn a substantial sum from a magazine deal, just beggars belief.
I suspect that Max Clifford is playing the major role in all of this, and that Jade may simply be guilty of being brainwashed. I hope so.
Some of what I've read just doesn't ring true to me, based on my experience, but that may be poor journalism, or me being hyper-sceptical.
I wish she would release a statement asking for privacy and spend the remainder of her life with her family, enjoying it as best she can, and try and salvage a bit of dignity.
