Bit of a freak goal though - the disputed one I mean. Wind assisted and he can't have been attempting anything other than passing back to the pisspoor opposition goalie.

Nothing like it at all. We gave them a goal because they were one up when the original match was abandoned.

It was the match at Preston two years ago when we guaranteed our play off place.

Correct, and you can see that by the lack of celebration. Our goalie freaked out though, as he argued that the goal was caused by the pisspoor opposition goalie and that there were no need for any fair play. Hence him trying to save. Would have been funny (or not...) if he had made a penalty and got red carded in his attempt to save..... Or if had saved and all 21 players than had tried to score on him afterwards.

My point was that it was similar in the way that both goals were gifted as part of fair play

By the way; Lillestrøm's goal scorer should be just around the corner; he's Joey's cousin
