A cup final? A celebration of promotion? Nope. It's Feyenoord's first training session if the summer.

Funny situation in the Norwegian Women's League 2nd division (League One equivalent). Reserve teams are allowed to play in the League up to that level which means they can't be promoted. In one of the leagues, 8 out of 12 teams are reserve teams. At the moment these are placed from 2nd to 9th, leaving three ordinary teams in the relegation zone. However, the two best ordinary teams will go to a promotion playoff, meaning that one of the teams in the relegation zone will be in the playoffs if the table stands as it is now. That again means that if they win, they are promoted, and if they lose they are relegated!

Italian manager Claudio Ranieri has become Leicester City manager

This is truly despicable, the comments from the officials make me sick.

If monkey chants aren't racist then what are they ffs. I think that his team mates should make more of a stand and walk off en bloc if this happens again. Then what does the Referee do -send them all off.

Until these racist idiots have their stupidly rammed down their throats they won't learn.

The World Cup is going to be a joke.
We can phrase it as one if it makes you feel better.

What do you get if you cross a country whose administration promotes discrimination and where racism is a source of pride for a large minority with an international football competition? Wholesale boycott by teams from civilised countries!

It's not very funny, I'll grant you, but I think everyone will get it.

Unfortunately I can't see any teams being brave/strong enough to boycott, similar to England et al. never daring to step out of line despite the widespread corruption at Fifa.

It's all disgusting.

I say I say I say, my football administration body has no spine or testicles.

They have no spine or testicles, how do they formulate policies on tournament participation?

Money.
