No one ever knows the full story, a jury reaches its collective opinion based on the views of others. The jury of Mawsley has read the testimony of those present at the event who weren't serving officers and formed an opinion. There is no occasion where such behaviour is not only excessive but illegally so.

"Apparently", and I repeat "apparently" he was in the process of strangling his father to death. If that's true, would you still deem it to be "excessive as ****"?

He wouldn't have been tased while he was touching somebody else.

Anyway.

There was a summer, many moons ago, when I recall getting rather excited at speculation that we were trying to sign Dalian Atkinson.

For no good reason, this makes me sad both to hear about his death and the fact that he was nearing 50.

You're ignoring the alleged kicking he copped for after being subdued.

It's all conjecture until we've seen the outcome of the CPS report. I'd rather see that than believe the Daily Mail, personally.

Hasn't only one witness stated that he was kicked? None of the others mentioned it apparently.

You must be wrong. Mawsley was there and witnessed it first hand.

It may be that all the other witnesses were police officers. Best wait for the official inquiry report.
