Family Guy and South Park are for people who laugh at toilet humour and swearing rather than intelligent humour.

theres no real gags in the simpsons. southpark has a real message in every episode, but it's told in the most ridiculous ways.

And family guy is just quality with stupidity and jokes thrown in..

all a matter of opinion

I'll go, but I've not got high hopes. The Simpsons was hillarious in it's prime, but the past 7 or 8 years, it's just been utter, unfunny, shite

i dont think so, the only thing that changed is the viewers. people expected too much of each new series and were therefore disappointed.

I still love the Simpsons, I still think all these newer comedies come nowhere near it - Futurama included. If we were looking at comedy-type shows on the whole I'd say The Simpsons comes second only to Only Fools & Horses IMO
