It's probably got a larger readership as well...It's quite amazing really that The Bucks Free Press is so little read outside High Wycombe - I see it as being to sports what The Times Literary Supplement is to books.

Undoubtedly - but I'd just like to see it more available at fish and chip shops throughout the UK and abroad.
hear hear!
When Boc starts to quote the Bucks Free Press, I sit up and take notice - I have made its on-line site my home page.
Mock all you like - it nevertheless IMV gives a clear indication that his resigning had nothing at all to do with any thoughts of our job.

As we do with Bill Anderson? Have we any reason to suspect the journalists on the Bucks Free Press are any better?
The largest outdoor covered market in Europe you say? Makes sense to me!The shopping. He would come for the shopping.
And the market.
Forgetting all the stuff that's gone on between him and the club, why would he come here?
He was doing really well at Leeds, it looked like they'd get automatic promotion the way they were going. But he still chose to leave them. So why would he even consider going back to the third division, to a smaller club than the one he left, in a worse position than the one he left?
Well, they couldn't be worse, so there's a good chance they will be better.
I wouldn't be at all surprised that there is no connection.
Unfortunately, you're quoting the Bucks Free Press was too tempting to my twisted sense of humour.
No real offence meant.
Also apparantly Maghee has ruled out a move to Hearts so looking more likely he's coming here
He's ruled out a move to Hearts by signing a new deal at Motherwell - so actually looking less likely that he would be coming here (not that he would even be in Mandaric's top 100, I suspect)
Sorry I meant it is looking more like that Lambert, the subject of the thread, is coming here, as the only other rumour for him was to go to Motherwell when Maghee left, which he now isn't, so Lambert isn't, so he might.
