TB?Just seen the ad for sports personality of the year. Lots of us on there, so I'm assuming we've been nominated in some format. Shortlist announced tomorrow
****s of the year
Well behind. Nomination cards haven’t been printed, the video packages are a shambles and would need to be redone, I can’t for the life of me book any of the live entertainment I had planned (Gary Glitter is “unavailable for bookings indefinitely” apparently). The material for the trophies is stuck in customs because we need to pay duties and nobody knows how to do it. The catering company has gone into administration. The event staff have gone on strike because of a dispute over pay and training. The venue itself had a kitchen fire a few weeks ago and still hasn’t reopened. And now a load of new rules around Covid. We’ll find out soon enough - BM is just putting the finishing touches to this year’s TB Awards ceremony

In fact, barring a miracle, it’s not gonna happen. Sorry.
I'm sure you'll sort it out. It has always been a roaring success.Well behind. But he still has the record for PL games in a row without taking a throw-inVardy will probably lose a record I never knew he had tomorrow. Most PL games in a row with a goal or assist.

One of Rodgers’ biggest flaws as a coach is his inability, or unwillingness, to recognise when circumstances are against his team. This was something Celtic fans experienced when the Scottish giants were repeatedly punished in European competition for Rodgers’ stubbornness. No matter the opponent, Celtic under Rodgers played the same way. This led to a number of heavy defeats. A more pragmatic manager would have stood a better chance.
I've had a go at Maddison at times. For his performances on the pitch and his behaviour off it. Justifiably so in my opinion. Despite this, he is clearly both a good player and a good man.
