Will being there have interrupted preparations for the next League game? I doubt it. Every award relating to last year is more than well deserved.

Would Usain Bolt's first gold medal and world record have been diminished at all if he could not have made the final in the next games? Of course not.

I believe what most fans, and possibly the owners and Ranieri, find so frustrating is the apparent lack of effort from the team that 'ran through brick walls' in every game last season.

Ranieri and Morgan swankying around Monaco picking up another ****ing award.

Nero fiddling with his cock whilst Home burns.

It's really not difficult to get to Monaco. Probably easier than getting from one end of Hand avenue to the other (not a euphemism) and quicker than getting to parts of Wales.

Should they have rejeced it? Well deserved.
The hugely famous, well-loved and respected Laureus Award?

Send Bernie and get on with doing something about preserving the scraps of the team's self-respect. Yep, last season was last season and we should have been given Blue Peter badges and a go at running the free world - but enough with the frippery already. It's why our collection of shitbags can't summon the effort to do anything more than appear in Hello magazine.

So, if Bernie was busy, then 'yes' we should have rejected it.

Teddy thinks they should all go out, get pissed, and have a fight.

I worry that if they tried it they wouldn't be able to pass the drinks around the room. Also, some players would spend too long holding their' sand then drop them. Vardy, who you'd count on being able to get tanked, will stand around looking stupid because his last interview for Women's Own left him unable to remember how to open a ****ing tin.

Because Morgan would have been training hard on a Tuesday evening before a cup match that he probably won't play in.

I don't believe that Morgan's decline is anything to do with not putting the work in. I'd say it's putting to much work in over the last few years of non-stop football he's played added to the fact that he's old and was never a hugely talented footballer.

I'm all for Wes basking in his glory of last year and not playing for at least a few weeks

Vardy wouldn't get a drink because he'd be too busy pointing at the others showing them how to get to the bar without ever actually getting to the bar himself.

Or pointing to the table where he'd like the drink placing, quickly followed by a drink whizzing over his head or arriving at a different table the thick end of 30 feet away.

When he actually gets his drink he immediately misses his gob and tips it over Shinji.

Maybe they stop off in La Manga for a bit of team bonding after the game in Seville

assured that they will be welcomed back to the East Midlands in retirement as beloved heroe

I really hope this is the case. One of the saddest things for me is how lots have turned against these players. I hope this is a short term thing and that in the future, whatever happens, we look back and remember them for what they did, recount their names and that famous first XI as a thing of legend and not what happened next.

I'm sure everyone will look back with fondness on last season much sooner that we even realise it now.

Personally I'm ready to forgive even Vardy's atrocious season if he'd only bang in a few goals. I still think he was great for last year, the chav.

It's the eleven players (including Kante for jumping ship) that have largely fecked up their legacy. It's the job of the fans to react to what the players do. I, for one, am not prepared to suspend reality for a year. They've been a bunch of total ****s this season.
