I disagree - i don't think this is good news.


Granted Twatto's not the best player in the world. But for a squad player, who can play in a number of different positons, and will cost us bugger all, I don't think we can do much better at the moment.

He wont cost us bugger all, he'll be one of the highest paid players at the club thats why its taken so long for his contract becuase Rob has obviously cut it which he ainy happy about and granted he knows the club and can play numerous positions but he's not been at his fittest over the past season plus lets face it, he aint getting any younger. also i think we could do alot better (i.e. out of contract players). Now we just need to offload Hammill n jobs a good'n!

Sorry - don't get it. If he signs his new contact he'll no way be one of the highest paid players at the club.

Granted his fittest wasn't great last year. But my main point is that i really doubt we'll be able to get someone in for cheaper with as much experiance, and versatility.

I know he gives away a lot of pointless free kicks, and seems to think he's playing on both wings, But what i like about him is that he always gets involved. whether he's on the pitch for 90 minutes or 5. I think he has a great atitutude, and never wants other players to carry him. If Williams had the same determination and willingness as twatto then he'd be playing in the premiership right now.

I agree with TommyK. IF Tiatto accepts a low wages contract he would be a useful squad player and the fact that RK wants him to stay is good enough for me. Come on guys, RK knows the pros and cons with Tiatto or he would have just released him at the end of the season.
