Tigana or Royle?? possibly the most rhetorical question ever asked on this forum....as one sided a response as Megson's popularity rating with us and the Bolton fans....:icon_bigg

Feck me.

consty, homer and me are all in total agreement about something.

Before today, I considered that to be impossible. Has the world changed forever? Our very own 9/11.

BN & Homer:
Agreement between us - as unlikely as Arafat hugging President Sadat 25 years ago, as unlikely as Mandela being released from prison & becoming President, & as unlikely as LCFC in this season of little grace thumping the league leaders 4-1. And yet they all happened.
Yours in mutual puzzlement.
Your ever constant,

Nope...

Do you mean me agreeing with BN & Homer? I have woken up from my slumbers in my employers time ('up the workers'), and it all appears to be true. However, I agree I think the Watford result is an urban myth. On that date I distinctly remember going to the Walkers Stadium and saw us slug out a 0-0 draw with Tranmere Rovers in a lower league match. I hope we can get promoted to the championship this season and the premiership in the next decade.

Until the last day or so, if I could have compiled a list of the managers I would like, Tigana wouldn't even have made my top 50.

Not because I don't rate him, but because he has been off my radar - or never on it!

Now he has been mentioned though, well, it makes me feel like I did when Johann Cruyff was spotted househunting in Oadby.

Jean Tiganas, blue'n'white armeeee........

And we all know what happened there.

Hiring a french manager is one way to ensure wo no longer defend as much.

I reckon it'll be both. That's why MM has asked to see Tigana and Royle today.

Tigana will be manager/coach and Joe will be 'director of football' for want of a better phrase. If Tigana isn't happy with that then Milan will just appoint Tigana on his own.

If Tigana doesn't want the job at all then he'll offer it to JR.

I'll still be happy if it is Joe Royle. My brother-in-law is a passionate Everton fan and he has always rated him very highly. So does an Ipswich fan I know.

if Tigana does come i would personally lick MAs shit off mr mandarics car. Or did megson do that to get the job before?

IMO for now:icon_wink , waiting on a phone call to say who it is over the next 72 hours so ive been told

Can't you get yourself a fly on the wall who is actually in Mandarics own office?!
