a funny thing happened hf when i read your message, i thought, i like birch, but then i realised maybe this is all part of the problem. too many hanger ons who have done their bit and living off the past.

i havent posted much recentlly because i feel low , due to the fact nobody at the club seems to realise their is a crissis. i respect alot of views on this forum, and it just seems we are beating ourselves up all the time.

i trully believe milan will see things our way and sort the mess out with a clean sweep. if he cant turn this club round we will be well and trully ****ed ( dont edit this because thats how i feel ).

I have seen interviews where he is best friends with the manager at that time.

He won't let friendship get in the way of the premiership.

I'm fairly confident you're right Drew, and so long as RK is here, MM must be seen to have a good relationship with him.

For the first time in a while I sensed the Birch was very uncomfortable with the suggestions that however friendly players and manager are to each other, when the players 'cross the white line' they are simply not prepared to 'die for the cause'. Birch knows it, it is not a case of 'Emperor's New Clothes', but his loyalty to his employers would not let him openly criticise the team and RK the way Taggs did on Saturday. What has happened to 'Glen' (is it?) they used to have on who would say it as it was?
