I find this very difficult to believe. If this is true, I would ask the board to not even hold a meeting let alone give an answer. My guess is that the board and shareholders know 100% the pounds and pence figure that will be going into their bank accounts once this deal has gone threw.

That's not the issue, it's all the other related financial aspects, our website articles explain it.

Are you speaking for the other shareholders now then?

No, but from taking soundings from some of them.

We believe we have taken the direct contact route for a couple of sound reasons:

a) To prove that fans don't just believe what they read in the local media & need proper answers, not unofficial bid figures

b) It ensures we hear independently about the offer, not just via the club, so we can ensure all relevant information is being shared.

.

That's why we would advise fans not to expect much from Saturday's meeting, more information is needed to be documented for the shareholders to be re-assured enought to approve it, with our direct dialogue we are trying to help this process

Of course you are.....we all know exactly what the Trust is up to and you may well have to try to live with the consequences if you succeed.

I assume everyone understands that full information is required....and that it is the shareholders who are stakeholders who will rightfully decide the destiny of the club.

However, it is evident that the Trust is grasping at every negative nuance in the whole process. This does not prove that the Trust is necessarily wrong , but in my opinion you are probably placing the importance of maintaining your own 'influence' rather than on the possibility of Leicester City becoming more competitive as a football club.

Quite so - and that's their good points.

Sadly, whatever the outcome of the present situation - and I fear the worse - I think they will have fatally damaged themselves by their behaviour. I can't see many City supporters wanting to be associated with such miserable negativities.

I do!;)
