Bulgarian Aleksandar Tunchev is still missing, but could finally return to full training next week.

Tunchev has been on the sidelines for nearly two years after tearing his cruciate ligament, but has made good progress in his recovery recently.

So any more news on this? It obviously wasn't before xmas. It just seems like the deadline for when he could be back gets put back further and further.

I don't know what kind of near miracle you were expecting.

This may be the case that defies the routine experience - and he might just successfully return. But surely everyone understands that even if he does make a comeback the great probability is that he would break down again through a different if not similar injury. This is what usually happens with players of his age and history who have been out of the game for so long.
