Reserves Under 23 and Youth Team matters

As there's only the Loan Thread relating to the Under 21's and no thread for the Youth Academy at all I thought I'd open one.
We need to look to the future* if we want to preserve our position that hopefully we can achieve by the end of this season.
*Of course we also need great scouting and finding players such as Mahrez on the World stage too.

Anyway we're playing Stoke away today and this is the team.
Schwarzer, De Laet, Barmby, McCourt (c), Moore, Benalouane, Miles, Cain, Ulloa, Panayiotou, Dodoo

I think there's a few on here nearer to 21 than Mark Schwarzer but no doubt he needs a bit of game time judging by his performance at Hull in the League Cup.
