this is not a rumor this is a fact due to the source of this info coming from the villa camp grrrrr ,they are after Richard Stearman there scouts have been to the last 4 city games home and away and MON wants him too from what ive been told

so we will have to wait and see if he gose i would think he will and this mite be why he's been playing better of late i mite be wrong but i dont think so

Suitably realistic would be £1m with good add-ons - sell-on clauses, bonus' for international appearances etc. etc.

In the current climate I think you're probably right but I'd stack on a load of incentives (appearances, european qualification etc) on top.
