This has happened every summer so far.

No it hasn't. Two summers ago be sold Stearman, Hume and McAuley and only purchased Tunchev. Last summer we sold Mattock and only bought Wellens and Gally (we were told Hobbs and Brown came from early bird season ticket sales... if you believe the spin).

To say it will definitely happen is as nieve as saying it definitely won't. I think MM probably would finance a player purchase if Pearson wanted someone enough, but not for the amount Waghorn would probably now cost.

I believe the monies generated by the play-off final are distributed amongst all the clubs in the division, so not a great deal, I'd guess.
