It was quite embarrassing, to be honest

They were even booing sideways/backwards passes, and almost every pass that went astray. Have to say that this clubs (home) fans are becoming just about the worst in the business

I tried to explain the fact that this may have something to do with our better away form (compared to home) over the past few years to someone behind me but they were having none of it.

Becoming? I've been saying it for a few years now.

People can argue that it is their right to make whatever noise they like - they are correct in that. The same people will argue that their booing has no effect on the team's or individual player's performances - they are wrong about that.

They just don't have a clue. If this kind of thing continues, there will be a drop-off in our performance, in our results and in our position in the league table. And the boo-boys will say that they were right all along.

It's happened before - don;t think it can't happen again.

I'm surprised you expected any better of them.

I could almost forgive it last season after the few years we have had, but I honestly expected it to be different this year.

I was also a bit suprised at the attendance figure.

It occurs to me that one of the reasons for our such poor home form last season was the fact the players were scared of making mistakes in front of there own fans. IMO caused by the idiotic booing as soon as the first thing went wrong, or we weren't winning by half time.

Of course that doesn't explain the piss poor away form :-)

Last season it started as early as the first game of the season. We have some right wankers for supporters, that personally, I think the club would be better off without.

Teamtalk for away team is easy, frustrate the Leicester players, fans get on their back, players don't want the ball for fear of making a mistake and getting shot, we stroll up and score. job done!!

I know it was the players on the pitch not performing, but the fans themselves, have to take a long hard look at themselves, and ask, do they really deserve a successful football team.
