Because, we're not going to win every game this easily.. and Pearson clearly feels Dickov/Hayles are better options to have coming off the bench when things are tight.

I'd much rather see Chambers getting some time rather than Dickov or Hayles, but Pearson seems to know best!

I don't that Dickov brings anything to the team at the moment. I think that someone younger and a bit more eager would be better. This sort of game is perfect for a youngster. No pressure on them at all.
