I don't like the fact he stirred things up with the bung business and then it transpires he had a clause in his contract that gave him 10% of any transfer fee......

that and his attitude to ladies in the game....

you get my vote alex..think he has done well the resources too..Lets be honest i still think that even tough MM has promised lots of money he we spend only as much as needs to the first year..saying money for the prem


I will eat hat if i see 11(even 6) new players from the start next season

If you are happy waiting seven years for Warnock to build a team to get us up to the premiure. then he is the man.

No problem about Newell in principle - but what's the relevance of the bit about him being an ex-Leicester player? All sorts of w--kers have played for us including Wisey, Rob Kelly etc

No way MM would have a contract like that signed - doesn't get away from the on-pitch results Newell got.

I think Homey pants is right though, if he were a contender then he'd be here already. Although, MM has always said he wanted to wait and see what happened for a while....
 
Warnock might be an idiot but i'd have him... Kelly was a "nice guy" and that didn't get us anywhere.

Fair enough, I can though....But perhaps he is a complete bully, in which case it may not work. However many players from under his lead are proving themselves at higher levels, so perhaps he would too...
