So can someone tell me what happened in the second half?

Did the players lose the plot? Did the manager lose the plot? Or both?!

Listening over the internet, it seemed as though it was more a case of Watford finding the plot and the being carried along by the enthusiasm of their support. When they thought they had won it, we nipped in and salvaged the point.

The players lost it.....back four crumbled regardless of Wellens going off. Pearson only mistake was not playing Tunch.

There's an interview on World where Tunchev says very clearly that he is not yet ready for 90 minutes.

For all the training that players do after a bad injury, they still reckon it can take between half a dozen to a dozen games to achieve real match sharpness. On that basis it could still be Oct/Nov before we have Tuncheypants back to his best.

And what shape corner flags do they have? :icon_bigg

(although I suspect that it is more of a myth than anything in the rules...)

I dunno, but I seem to remember reading once, that the Honours board was officially agreed to have gone to AFC Wimbeldon, so AFC Wimbeldon won the FA Cup about 15 years before they were formed :icon_lol:

Not sure what you mean by the "Honours board", but Wimbledon FC memorabilia including a replica FA cup is on display at Merton Civic Centre - not AFC Wimbledon.

Oh, ok, I remember there was a debate about it a couple of years back, and just remember reading it went back to Wimbeldon, I just assumed it meant to AFC Wimbeldon.

What a load of shite, I would of took a point at the start of the day but having gone 2-0up you simply have to win. Same old Leicester as soon as they scored one you knew that Watford were going to go on to take the lead. Three unbelievably shite goals which all could of been easily avoided if some players got a grip. People who are going on about Wellens going off costing us the game need to realise that before we went off at the start of the second half we were getting battered and a goal for them was inevitable. As for player apart from Fryatt I thought everyone was dissapointing, I am one of Howard's big fans but he HAS to start scoring, he may win flick ons but ultimately he is a striker and needs to start scoring. Oakley had one of his worst games i've seen from him and his passing was off all game. Brown played ok I suppose and was doing alright. The first half was very pleasing but it is a game over 90 minutes so I don't really care about playing well for half we need to play well for 90. Finally Gallagher is clearly not a winger, put the guy up front, if we play him on the wing then we are just wasting. I hope Pearson gives them a major bollocking after that 45 minute horror show.

worth the journey for the tits on the blonde barmaid in the oddfellows, she even had glitter on them. bless her

Howard does not have to score if he pulls defenders away and creates space and opportunity for Fryatt and/or wingers to get in close.

Obviously any goal boosts a players confidence. If Fryatt is scoring because Howard is making good passes and/or flick-ons, and 'running interference' for him, that is fine by me.

I am concerned though that Howards legs and 'engine' appear to give up after about 60 mins. Today maybe the better substitution would have Waghorn on and Howard off, not Fryatt.

He is a striker he does have to score, that's like saying a goalkeeper doesen't have to save shots.

Just got back to Shef.

Mixed emotions really always great to score in the last minute but cannot belive how we managed to conceed three goals. I thought that we were to narrow and that contrubuted to us conceeding two goals from crosses. If we had wingers playing they would have closed down the crosser down and prevented the cross. Also because of this it made it harder for the centre backs to clear the crosses as our centre mid players crowded the box.

I thought King was totaly anon but impressed with Gallagher, great pass for Fryat's 2nd. Brown was disapointing Tunch should have at least played the second half.

Stewards were bellends today as well I was on row X and they still wouldn't let me stand up yet everyone to the left of me was.

I didn't go today, but I've notice Oakley has been poor the past 2 or 3 games, I'm a big fan of the player but I'm starting to doubt whether he can cut it at this level, his passing has been poor recently.

I haven't really noticed him playing poorly but I had some guy next to me who was giving it "Oakley your shit" and all that balls so I actually was watching him in particular and he was shite.

What if we call him a 'puller-awayer and space-maker'? Does he have to score then?

No he does not. He has to give a performance that ensures we score more goals than they do.

And the goalie does not have to save shots if his performance in marshalling his back four ensures the opposition do not get to shoot!

Happy with the point in the end,but what is it with Leicester's concentration levels?...almost everygame this season we have gone to sleep for long periods of the game.
