Can't really see him improving on what we have a great deal and would like to see SSL given a bit more of a run personally.
Saying that though, if we get a fee for SSL and get this chap in on half SSl's reported wages I suppose it wouldn't be too bad business as we could do with trying to balance the books a bit with promotion this season looking more unlikely each week.

Could be a number of reasons for this transfer and personally I don't think it has anything to do with replacing St Ledger. It could be that the management team have acknowledged that Tunch can no longer stand up to the rigours of championship football or maybe Blackburn have been back in for Bamba now that Samba is looking to leave.

He sounds like a good buy to me too. One of the few Forest players to still have a shred of credit left at the moment, he's proved himself to be one of the most consistent players in this division over the last few seasons. He may be a clobber, but isn't that what we want? How many god awful goals have we shipped this season? A few of them need a wake-up call and this may just be it.
Maybe because the signing hasn't actually happened yet. It's not just our OS that hasn't reported it, it's not been on the Man U site either.
