useless bunch of scarbys

Shocking and pitiful display. More worringly the whole test set up is in disarray, a squad that lacks team spirit, unity, no leaders on or off the pitch and just been thumped by a mediocre side at best. Does not bode well for the ashes.

Too many of these players are living off their ego's and past performances, since the Ashes win we seem to have lost the desire and hunger, we no longer compete and the England set up seems like an exclusive gentlemens club.

IMO make Nassar Hussain coach and drop a few of the established stars like Bell, Collingwood, Panesar and Harmison to name a few for the rest of this series, let them go away and see if they have the stomach and desire to play test match cricket for England anymore. Draft in some of the up coming youngsters and see how they react and give them a chance to shine and put pressure on the automatic selections prior to the Ashes series.

I hope that the selectors are brave and send two or three youngsters out to the Carribean to supplement the existing squad and give the management team the opportunity to freshen things up.

Nice thoughts, but its a closed shop imo.

Bell will be the sacrifice as a peace offering to those that are on their backs, but they wont have the bottle to ruthless.

Out of interest who are these "youngsters" that should be brought in?

We dont have the strength and depth to the cricket team that some people think we do.
