You've already had recommendations for the excellent Wire so for Fugazi I'd suggest you start with 13 Songs which contains the essential Waiting Room and for the Dü you could pick any of them, all quality, but Warehouse Songs and Stories and New Day Rising are particularly fine.

I have sent an e-mail to the well-known indie musicstore Fopp to ask if they are opening a store in Leicester and the reply was positive, Leicester is ''on their radar'' to open a store. It's normally a £5 for any non-chart album I think, has some great deals when I have been Nottingham and Cardiff Fopp.
