But it was a live version.

Watford - not Elton john that's too Spion.

I used to have a bootleg album called Watford by Gentle Giant but can't find anything online from that so had to settle for a "prog metal" group from Watford:*

For Middlesbrough - pete Trewavas

watched 2 nice guys last night which opened with this:

Forgot what a great sound it was.

Just moved house.Unpacking & sorting the vinyl caused me to have to play this for the first time in many years. Reminded me how awesomely good it was/is. Virtually forgotten & unacknowledged, surely one of the greatest B sides of all time? You can practically see the venom dripping from every syllable. Hate on 45.

You inspired me to delve into the back of my vinyl collection to find some unlistened to Punk. 1982 - Crass - Christ the album box set - certainly not listened to for well over 30 years:

Crass were a baffling lot really. Basically a bunch of noodling old hippies fronted by an angry & much younger punk. Made for an awful mess at times (well most of the time) Saw them at a pub in Coventry & it was probably the most ramshackle gig I've ever been to (& thats saying something) Still, at least it was interesting. Live music is mostly uninteresting now. Micromanaged & sponsored. I miss the old visceral, informal chaos.

You're probably just getting old.

A lot of spit, no polish.
