Well, as one of the selection processes that a disabled person doesn't have to complete is a literacy and numeracy test, I assume that being disabled compensates for the fact they may not be able to spell or add up

Why the **** not?, in most employment instances I can think of, a disabled person must be able to use their brains before their bodies. If I was employing a disabled person I'd want to make sure their ****ing brains worked FFS.
