Yesterday, I watched the Play-Off Final with Palace.

Apart from falling sleeping around 25 minutes to 60 minutes, it was excellent. From the old Wembley to Neil Lennon's performance to the atmosphere to Ron Atkinson co-commentating and doing something rather stating the bleeding obivious. Football was beautiful then. All watched on a lovely Sony Bravia.

Go on the cambridge diet or similar. I've lost about a stone in 2 weeks. Once you've got to the weight you want get eating again and just maintain it.
