Written skeleton argument for advocacy assessment tomorrow. I am in full control of the facts, but I am concerned by the advice on the papers not to carry out extensive legal research. I found all I need to know from the White Book. That is legal research, surely?

Just arrived back from Tunisia, after an extended easter break

Acted like a real barrister, whilst dealing with kids acting like real solicitors. I managed to get away with minimum effort yet come across as having done more work. I blagged so well, I looked like I knew what I was doing. They were in awe. It felt like the real thing. I liked it.

No offence to any solicitors out there....
