I managed to make a bit of an arse out of myself on the bus earlier. I was listening to an Adam & Joe podcast which caught me off-guard, making me lol at the top of my voice. I then said 'Hi, how are you?' to a girl that I thought I knew as I got off the bus, but it wasn't her and I could hear her and her mate whispering and giggling as I walked away.

Called Sky up pretending to cancel as wanted a sky+ box upstairs instead of the standard one. Ended up getting 2 HD boxes for upstairs and down and the HD channels at no extra cost on as long as agreed to a 12 month contract.

Got up and went to work at normal time - which is quite an achievement for me given that due to horrendous traffic I didn't get home from the Help for Heroes concert in Twickenham last night until nearly 3 am.

I didn't feel too bad all day but now I'm flagging somewhat.
