I don't know anything about Puell before Southampton, what was his record like?

He didn't do badly at Soton as they finished 8th, however he is ultra defensive and as a result made them pretty boring to watch.

is Cambiasso interested?
No idea. I just wondered what people thought. I do like the thought of him as our manager. He was wonderful for the latter half of the survival season.

Unfortunately there seems to be lots of talk about Claude Puel joining. Not good IMO.

There are so many rumours its hard to know which ones (if any), have any substance at all. May as well add Cambiasso to the ever lengthening list. Mind you I do like the thought of that.

I mean Cambiasso did single handedly save us from relegation, so why not...

So Alan Pardew wants it, but so do I - thankfully neither will even be considered
Sam Allardyce says no
Those who know him say Ancelotti is taking time out for a bit - he most likely wouldn't touch us with a feckin' bargepole anyway
Same goes for Tuchel
Pellegrini is festering away in China, so his name is banded about for no other reason I can see
Dyche is now favourite for the Everton job
Koeman seems to be a complete twat
We can't have Giggs because he has no managerial experience whatsoever
We might want Cambiasso, even though has no managerial experience whatsoever
So we're down to Puel, the most negative defensive manager in the history of the world ever

H from Steps anyone ?

Lovely stuff

Does Cambiasso have all his UEFA coaching badges?

The Everton situation is much more clear cut..........

Phil Neville wants it - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41733364
So does Unsworth - https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/oct/23/ronald-koeman-sacked-everton-manager
But Tuchel is their favourite - http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/everton-eye-thomas-tuchel-new-11396396
Or is it Ancelotti - https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/foot...r-carlo-ancelotti-koeman-sacked-paul-clement/
Or is it Dyche - http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/870226/Everton-Sean-Dyche-Ronald-Koeman
Although Carragher thinks it should be Silva - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...as-sacked-soon-now-everton-should-wait-marco/

There is a lot of bullshit out there.

Southampton mate I know absolutely hated watching his club with Puel in charge. Happy days.
