On the few occasions I saw him play, Gradel looked to be the sort of player who can change a game and for that reason I thought it was a pity to let him go...and said so at the time.
I doubt if it will bring down the club tho' and it's difficult for a manager to keep fringe players happy. Similarly, I think it was a pity to sell Fryatt - but again he was always going to want away if he could't get a starting place and unfortunately his form this season didn't justify that.

Dyer etc are doing that well that u have been below us all season (or are u catching up soon to overtake us). Max has been in the team of the wk more times than any of your players and feel free to check. Max is a completely different player to what he was then with u. Hes older now and he is a clear improvement to what he was when he was on loan.

I'm pleased to hear that you and Max are happy and are building such a wondeful life together. Please don't worry about an invite to the wedding though as I'm sure I'll be washing my hair.
