But then you're not biased , are you?:icon_wink

I've always wondered why goalkeepers need to raise their knees to 'get the height' when the same doesn't seem to apply to outfield players. There was no need for Henderson's leg to be up there - he was careless, he was reckless. The suggestion that he didn't jump at an opponent is nonsense. There is no such thing as a 'legal follow-through' as so many players and fans seem to think there is. The referee got it exactly right.

A lot of people raise their knee when jumping, especially when making a running jump. I also think it is significant that the other player wasn't jumping for the ball. It sounded to me as if he was trying to take Henderson out while he was in the air.

Never mind the challenge, I think he should have done aloe more to save the goal.

He didn't get much of a sight of it until it was too late. Hardly moved!

Well done Birch! Good on you! That little midget deserved it for all that money he screwed out of us and all those pitiful, lame performances.

Why are you relying on what it sounded like? The video is there for you to see.

The fact that many people raise their knee when they jump (running or otherwise) is irrelevant. And so is the fact that the other player wasn't jumping. You simply are not allowed to put your knee into the side of another player's head. If the situation had been reversed with the Leeds keeper fouling a City player both you and I would have wanted him sent off.

I don't get the decision at all. If it's a free kick, it has to be a sending off. A yellow card doesn't make sense at all to me
Spot on Melts. Couldn't understand the decision at all. If the ref deemed it a foul it was a definite sending off. The player didn't go down untill he realised he couldn't get the ball. Think he stayed down out of embarassment. I was amazed they even got a free kick for it. And there was no point at all in giving a yellow card. Ref obviously panicked and chickened out with the two decision, firstly the free kick and secondly with the yellow card.

Strange that the little shithouse agian blames everybody else but himself. Just shows the quality of the bloke when he has to turn on to a pensioner as his excuse for being a cockney w****r with no brain cell. No wonder the pillock lost money at cards, anyone can read him and his reasoning.

C'mon Boc, you just don't get it, do you? LCFC players do not commit fouls under any circumstances whatsoever. I just hope Hendo's knee is holding up OK.....
