New houses are being built in my area.

This one seems popular.



It's going up very well, better than any others really. It's like it's in a different league from those around it. I has a solid foundation and although there may be a question on de fence, it is standing up in a reliable manner. Some investment may be needed over the forthcoming months to keep it up to the standards required but it should keep it's position for many a year.

Fingers crossed we seem to be having a lot of joy with Roy Green. Had a brilliant offer 4 days after going on the market and smooth so far. Connells on the other hand....

Connells and Spencer's were totally shit for us, Haart are currently on notice, started ok but not convinced they'll follow through

Florida Canyon in the Santa Rita Mountains.


Madera Canyon, also in the Santa Rita Mountains. Millions of little purple flowers covering the ground (doesn't really come out in the photo).
