Next season has started already:icon_eek:
Pre-season + August 2014

Leicester enjoyed an unbeaten pre-season with some strong opponents including Spainish giants Real Madrid.

Leicester 2-0 Standard - Fryatt
Hinckley 0-5 Leicester - De Jong x2, Neymar, Shawcross x2
Hibernian 1-3 Leicester - Diogo, Fernandez, Neymar
Leicester 1-1 Real Madrid - Diogo
Leicester 1-0 Torino - Barker

After a good pre-season for the Foxes we're confident going into the first game of the season against Hull City, manager Jake Stratton gave debuts to all summer signings with Bradley playing infront of defence.

Premier League
Hull City 1-1 Leicester
N.Barazite (17)
Neymar (84)

Man of the match: N.Barazite 7.7

Leicester started their campaign with a draw away to Hull, the hosts took the lead through a well worked goal Barazite with the finishing touch. Leicester dominated most of the game and will be dissapointed to come away with nothing but Neymar 6 minutes from time finished across goal after good work by Cattermole.

Leicester make one change from the side that played mid-week, Bas De Jong coming in the injured Neymar. The Foxes will hope to get a early win to get them off the mark.

Premier League
Leicester 2-1 Liverpool
P.Barker (12)' J.Spence (71)
A.Aquilani (42)

Man of the match: A.Aquilani 8.0

Leicester took 3 points against a strong looking Liverpool, it took 12 minutes to break the deadlock when Peter Barker scored a brilliant 25 yard curler. Aquilani grabbed a deserved equaliser after a some good work by Fernando Torres, but Jordan Spence headed in the winning goal from a Michael Johnson corner. Liverpool probably did deserve the win but credit to Leicester.

Neymar returns to the bench after Peter Barker is ruled out by injury Michael Johnson replaces him as Leicester need to produce something special to get through to the next round.

So, so , so happy this evening! The culmination of a 10yr rollercoaster that's had too few highs and far too many lows. To think back of the years of administration, League 1, play-off failure and a catalogue of disasterous managerial appointments and poor quality transfers. Just makes this all so special.

There's been highs and more than enough lows but this season the boys have done us proud. It's good to hear people talk about Leicester for the performances of the team rather than big spending Leicester all the time.

The owners have been superb and kept the faith with Pearson when others would not. They've achieved their dream hopefully they carry on in the same way and back Pearson with some additions and let see where this team can go.

Very PROUD to be a city fan tonight ;-)

Yyyyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

It's. Our. Year.
