I have a tomtom and would fully recommend it. Simple, easy to use and comes with Europe maps for a little extra. Plus there are tonnes of sites around the web offering free Point Of Interest downloads, such as all the McDonalds, all Services, all Footy Stadiums etc, not sure if they will work with non TomTom though

TomTom One Europe XL sounds like what you're after then. Think they are £230 in our place currently.

It's widescreen, covers all of Western Europe, comes with Bluetooth, think it has got camera locations installed on it as well.
