Assistant First Team coach He is highly repected as a coach throughout the game. I see him as a similar type to Irvine who left Everton after many years in a similar role to Moyes, and he went on to do a very good job at Preston, guiding them out of trouble in the Coca Cola Championship.

Young and hungry with a decent pedigree imho.
