That doesn't confirm it then, just says the FA are backing us and the player's application for the permit as well. Looking positive though.

Not confirmed yet - the FA have endorsed it - now the UKBA will make a decision.
I spoke with a contact of mine who is in charge of Tier 2 and 5 (Sporting and Creative) applications and some of the Midlands - she said that whilst she couldn't talk about this case specifically, it basically won't be refused unless Kramaric has a problem personally with the law in his own country - i.e., a criminal record. She sees no problems!

I suspect it's shoddy journalism and they're actually referring to the FA endorsement, as opposed to the permit itself being issued.
