It's hard to tell from the article, but I'd doubt he would've got to his present position if he was racist & offensive to people.

Fair enough then. Having spent time on this board, I really don't understand the concept of racism anymore.

It's fairly straightforward, it's discriminating against an individual or making derogatory comments based on their racial origin, broadly speaking.
It's hard to say whether or not Mr Sharma is guilty of this though.

I'm not sure we want Ronaldo anymore - past his best now. Would he offer any options to Fryatt/ Howard that we don't have in Hayles, DJ and of course a soon to be rejuvenated Dickov?

Mr Sharma is not a mod, so it really doesn't matter? Is he black?
 
Since we have got an owner what do we have a board for. Presumably Milan does not need to take any notice of anyone. The sackings of Allen and Holloway were Milan's decision as were the choice of replacerments. Presumably the chief executive and the manager are answerable to Milan and not to ther board.
