I received an email from them yesterday saying it's £499.99, and I have a product file from them saying that was the price a couple of weeks ago.

It looks like they've cocked up though, the price showing on their site is what it would be if it was £499.99 not including VAT, but the email says the price includes VAT.

Ah OK. They should still sell it to you at £499 and I am sure they would.

It's actually for the oven that was faulty and they didn't have the parts we needed so we got a new oven from somewhere else though.

Panasonic do a fold out leaflet that shows the size of each of their t.v’s in 1:1 scale. You should offer this upto the wall where you want the tv to ensure it will fit as t.v’s vary in the size of their surrounds etc.
